• All orders placed after 7:00 pm shall be processed for dispatch on next day and delivered to you as per given timelines.
• Any order placed after 7:00 pm on saturday or government holiday will be automatically processed for dispatch on monday or next working day due to non-availability of courier service.
• For orders placed during festival months, holidays & weekends(i.e saturday & sunday), there might be a delay in delivery due to stock shortage and overloaded shipments.
• While placing an order your shipping details should be correct, as any delay in delivery due to wrong shipping details will be sole responsibility of customer only.

• Dispatch Guarantee: We ensure dispatch of all orders within 7–10 working days from payment date, or as agreed upon during order confirmation.
